Access to Remote Support: Method 1

aAs a client of 247 Networks, we would have a remote agent installed, however, sometimes the remote agent may be missing or accidentally removed – below is the link to download our temporary On-Demand agent:

Access to Remote Support: Method 2

aSometimes one way of connecting may not work due to incompatibility or a security system blocking access. When this occurs, our System Analysts may direct you to the following link:

Access to Remote Support: Method 3

aIf for some reason the first two methods do not work, our System Analysts may refer you to download a third party software called TeamViewer. Below is the link to download:

How Do I Get Access To Support?

aIf you are a client who has an active support agreement with 247 Networks, you will have 24×7 access to our support team. (Overtime or After-Hour charges may apply).

 

You can e-mail us a support inquiry at service [at] 247networks.ca or call us directly at 1-888-881-2473 or 604-592-2473 to generate a support ticket. If you already have a support ticket number, you can reply directly to the ticket or call us for more information.

Do You Provide After-Hour Support?

aYes.

 

Our office is closed after 5:00PM PST, Monday through Friday. We are also closed on weekends and Canadian statutory holidays. However, in case of emergencies, please call us at 1-888-881-2473 or 604-592-2473 and listen carefully to the prompts.

 

Following the instructions on the prompt for overtime approval and work will automatically alert our on-call System Analyst to respond to an emergency.

Can I View All Support Tickets?

aYes, currently only primary contacts may have access to view all support tickets. If you have been assigned client portal credentials, you may login here:

Do You Provide Hosting Services?

aYes we do.
